Publicize (JetPack) and qTranslate problem

Hello.

In our site we’re using qTranslate-X to serve different versions of pages and articles for each language (french, english and spanish).

The problem is that when Publicize shares a new article on Facebook or Twitter it displays titles and excerpts with qTranslate tags like this :
[:en]Title in english[:]

I’ve seen that many persons have the same problem on the forums (here or here) but never had a solution. Maybe someone has an answer today ?
