Publicize not posting to facebook

Hi , the connection is created and it connects to facebook to correct page but when I click post it does relay to facebook .. On a post beside update where it says ‘Publicize’ you click settings and it won’t let me click facebook or flickr yet flikr still post without it bing check marked .i have remade the connection many times and deactivate every other plugin..
