publicize not posting to instagram

    working on my dads website, have the publicize up and running, connected and posting to facebook, linkedin, twitter with no problems. First post went to tumblr just fine, second one was a no show, both posts no show on instagram. Any thoughts as to why? Have tried disconnecting and reconnecting account and it is all good, just not getting the posts.
