Publicize not working

I’ve been using Publicize for a while now but for the last couple of weeks or so, my new posts are not being shared to Twitter and my Facebook page.

I’ve tried disconnecting the accounts and the message comes up that I have removed the connection but then a popup immediately states that I have successfully connected my facebook account to my wordpress account. The same happens for twiiter.

How can I fix this?
