  • I have had the same issue. It works intermittently. The last time it worked for me was May 2, since then nothing including today. No changes to my site, just works some days and other days not. Most days it doesn’t work

    I had to disable and re-enable JetPack and now the publicize feature is not working. I click on the link to attach the social media sites to JetPack and the public-api.wordpress.com site pulls up and is blank.

    Scratch that, it ended up being a problem with another plug-in.

    I just got yelled at for starting another post about this issue, so I had to go through 10 pages of support requests to find this one and update it. I’ve realized that publicize is working with scheduled posts. It is only with posts that I publish immediately that publicize does not work.

    Howdy all,

    If you’re still having trouble with this, could you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    To do so, follow these steps:

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on “Help” tab in the upper right side of the page and click the link for “Jetpack Debugging Center.”
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box (a link to this post or just a sentence with what you’re seeing) and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    With these issues, typically it indicates some type of connection problem between your site and Jetpack’s servers.
