    Hi there,

    We’re trying to enable Publicise for the website, but we’re running in to a problem whenever we try to connect it to our social media accounts. When attempt to connect the website to our Twitter account, we get the following error:
    ‘500 status code for ‘POST /sites/113219233/publicize-connections/new’
    Dismiss
    Publicize Your Posts’

    We was wondering if there is a known fix for this issue as when we Googled the error message, the only results that were shown said to relink your website to WordPress.com which we have already done multiple times.

    Can you both use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your sites?

    1. Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2. Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3. Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4. Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5. Click the “Contact Support” button to send us the debug results privately. It’s best not to post this information on public forums, as it contains private details about your site.

    Hello. I am having the same problem as the other two users and have gone to the Jetpack dashboard on my site but I do not see the Debug link.
