Publicize not working at all

    Hi, I am the owner of the site https://www.jardimdomundo.com, hosted by One.
    My posts are setted to be published automatically on my facebook page, on twitter, Google+ and Tumblr.
    Recently we changed the Blog theme and from now on publicize is not work anymore.

    I have turned it offand on again and still not working. Can you help me please?

    I did not uncheck the boxes. I wrote a small intro at publicize check all the boxes and post it. Sometimes the intro shows up, sometimes it does’nt, sometimes the post goes to all social social medias, sometimes does’nt.
