Publicize not working on scheduled posts

Hello,

I’ve been reading everything I can find about this issue and can’t resolve it on my own.

My client has several sites at WP Engine. Publicize is working fine on all but one site.

I’ve done all the usual test steps. The last thing we’re trying is we had WP Engine set up the site in a sandbox (staging doesn’t run cron – odd), and I’ve disabled all plugins except Jetpack, and I switched to the 2016 theme.

Manual posts Publicize to Twitter just fine. Scheduled posts still don’t Publicize to Twitter.

No errors in the logs.

I’ve deleted Jetpack completely, reinstalled, reconfigured, and still no joy.
