Publicize post error

    Since few days I am getting “500 status code for “POST /sites/134975708/publicize-connections/new” error whenever I try to connect with social media.

    I found some other have commented same issue in this forum, where it was suggested to disconnect jetpack & disable every plugin & to reconnect jetpack again. After doing all those, i still have no luck.

    How can i solve this issue, please!

    Hi there! I can see some communication errors reported by Jetpack when trying to connect with your site. This might not be the source of your Publicize issue but it’s a good place to star troubleshooting.

    I’d like to run some more tests with you on your site to try to figure out what’s happening. Could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread?
