Publicize publishing the wrong user

  • I’ve been looking for this problem in the other topics and haven’t found it, if there is such a topic already I do apologise.
    Right now I am using WP 3.9.1 and Jetpack 3.1, but this problem has been going on for a while.
    My WP has two user accounts, me and my wife. My user has linked the publicize feature to my Facebook account, and her user to her Facebook account. When I write and publish, it shows up in my Facebook flow. When my wife writes, her posts shows up in my flow as if they were published by me even with my name.
    Does anyone else have this problem, and does anyone know how to solve it?

    We’ve had a couple of reports of odd behavior like this. We’re tracking the bug at https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/687

    In your case, was your account the one that originally connected to Jetpack?

    I don’t have a timeline for resolution, yet.

    I guess so, I installed Jetpack and connectied it to the wordpress.com-account, then my account of my WordPress to my Facebook-account. After that, my wife connected her WordPress-account to her Facebook-account.

    Yup, that’s what I was asking :-). We’re looking into this, but I don’t have a timeline on when we’ll be able to isolate what is happening exactly and resolution.
