Publicize Stats Not Updating

The number of followers and publicize stats on the Jetpack Insights page isn’t updating. I’ve cleared the cache. Unchecked on the number of followers and save. Rechecked on the number of followers and saved. Tried different browsers. It works sporadically. How often is it suppose to update? Right now I have 812 followers on FB but it shows 702. 1457 on Twitter but it shows 1389. Thanks.
