Publish a facebook post with meta value

  • Hello there,
    Can I send a custom field value with post content like the default parameters like that
    %URL% – Inserts the URL of the post
    To be
    %META_KEY% – Inserts the meta key value to the post

    If I can do that, could you tell me how can I do it?
    I though in a short code instead so I asked you
