Publish and Synch Text Files to WordPress Posts

Hi All,

I was wondering if it was possible to have a folder of text files on my local machine, and have this folder publish to wordpress blog posts, and also update posts when any edits to the local files are made?

I would be happy with using a service on my machine to implement this (e.g. dropbox)
