    It’s a design decision I made to always show the title and submit box. Normally it’s the first box in top so it doesn’t show on varying orders. Till now this is the second complain I got. You can hide it with a filter and then my own submit button shows up.

    You can change it with the filters:
    – tabify_default_metaboxes
    – tabify_default_metaboxes_$post_type

    Default value of the filter is array( ‘titlediv’, ‘submitdiv’ )
