Publish Function Problems

After creating a post, I was up to adding tags to my post but the “Add new tag” on the tag text box but it does not accept my tags. The Status, Visibility and Published in Publish function doesn’t work. Only the Update Page and the delete function works. Need an urgent solution to this because it affects my website a lot.

Note: I experienced this after the upgrading WordPress 2.8.6 and it all happens to all my website in wordpress.
