“Publish” or “Update” button does not work

    When I add a new product or want to update one, the “publish” or “update” button does not work. It does nothing.

    On the other hand, if I click on “quick edit” it works. Or inside the product, if I click on the links it works correctly, but the update button does nothing. I have updated plugins and database.

    If I go to a page and click on “update”, then it works, so I deduce that the problem is in Woocomerce.

    I have now seen the error after researching for quite some time. The “update” or “publish” buttons do not work if the product is synchronised with Facebook. I have tried creating a new product and disabled synchronisation, and the “publish” button works. What I don’t know is how to fix the problem.

    I understand that you are unable to publish/edit products on your site, is this correct?

    Since you have narrowed this down to products that are synchronized with Facebook, I’d suggest performing a full conflict test to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts causing this issue.

    Should the issue persist, please can you clarify which plugin you are currently using to synchronized products between WooCommerce and Facebook, as well as share the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.
    • Console errors:?Please can you check the browser console for any errors that may be displayed when updating/publishing products
