Publish Post Panel hidden for Admin

  • I can’t publish or edit POSTS only…..pages are OK. There is no panel where Publish should go. If I add another Admin the panel appears for that Admin…..I haven’t peeked into the MySQL but I am suspect…..anyone have anything?

    Oh. updating WP doesn’t help.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?
