Publish questions without moderation

    Hello

    As the Q & A is already very well secured against spam via reCaptcha v3. I would like questions to be activated immediately and not have to be moderated first. Is there a way to set this or change it via functions.php? I haven’t found a setting for this in the plugin and the general setting in the WordPress comments doesn’t do anything either.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    If you do not want to moderate a question/answer/review or a comment on your site, you can go to Settings > Discussion > Disable option “Comment must be manually approved”.

    There is no option to apply this feature for the question only.

    I have already tried that. But this setting has no effect. Questions still remain moderated and must always be approved first, even though the setting under Settings > Discussion > “Comment must be manually approved” is disabled.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your additional information.

    Do you enable the option “Comment author must have a previously approved comment” also? If yes, please disable it and re-check the issue.

    Thank you very much for your feedback.

    The option “Comment author must have a previously approved comment” is disabled and has been. This option does not seem to have any effect on Q and A.

    Hi,

    After checking the issue further, I see there is no option to remove the moderation of questions and answers. If you want to remove it, please temporarily comment out the code in the file wp-content/plugins/customer-reviews-woocommerce/includes/qna/class-cr-qna.php line 217.

    I will inform our development team to consider supporting an option to remove the moderation of Q&A.
