    Hello,

Following the upgrade to WordPress 5.3, the published dates of our posts are missing from the admin panel’s “single post” pages (where we can edit each individual old post).

Where the published date should be (right below “Visibility” and right above “Post Format”), it says: “Publish.” Nothing else.

In the admin panel’s “Posts” pages (which shows the site’s list of posts, generally from most recent to oldest), each post’s published date is shown in the “days/months/years ago” format – which is the way we have it on the site itself (for visitors).

On the admin panel, the only way for us to find the actual published date of a post is to click on the “quick edit” link of a particular post on the “Posts” pages.

How can we change that, so we can have the actual published dates shown at our end – at least on the “Single Posts” pages – just like it used be before 5.3?

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Can’t figure out how to delete this question.

The problem has been resolved by way of an adjustment to the date settings – which should have been obvious…
