Publisher Logo Missing

I’ve just installed the Schema plug-in on our dev site and for some reason, it is leaving off the logo properties of the publisher field. It should be as shown below. Any Ideas? I made sure that the logo is no more than 60px in height, 600px in width and it’s less than 1K in size. Thanks in advance.
