    Newbie doesn’t unstand the problem.

    Deleted Site; reinstalled WP; reloaded Theme (Zarka Personal) & Plugins (one-bu-one with testing after each); used Core Editor to rebuild simple Page. Looks good in Editor; still does not publish correctly. No error codes.

    Trash Page>Purged everything>; rebuilt exact same page; looked good in Editor; preview looked good; Pblished Page was not the same and it was different from previous error.

    Theme: Zarka
    Editor: Core
    WP: Current
    Plugins:
    All in one WP Security
    Customizable Permalinks
    W3 Total Chache
    Web Hosting Msathead
    Zarka Pro (Personal)

    Appologies for not making this clear earlier.

    Page is constucted with Cover Block.

    Errors are:

    May be Published with Image greatly reduced in size.

    May be Published without any image.

    Does not Publish with view seen in Core Editor or Preview.

    Does maintain layout/info as seen in Appearence>Theme>Customize.

    Today for first time the Cover Block from Home Page appeared in the view under Appearence>Theme>Cutomizer. Deleated it from here and deleated Home Page; rebuilt Home Page using Cover Block; Published – same issue.

    Deleated Home Page and constructed new Home Page with Image Block and same image as before. PUBLISHED CORRECTLY!

    System still does not like Cover Bloxk.

    Can not tell you why but its working just fine at the present.

    Glad to hear your problem is solved.
    It would be nice you document your solution in case the same problem arises in future.
