Publishing failed

  • Hi,

    The debug mode is turn on and I am getting Publishing failed response from the plug-in. How can I get the debug log to investigate the plugin can’t send the posts to instagram

    Never mind. The error was due to the image height. It would be nice if your plug in handle the resize to let the photo suitable to instagram.

    Height too big for Instagram – must be less than 1080px

    Activate the checkbox to shrink image…

    Activating the checkboxes ‘Bypass control of width and height’ and ‘Resize picture if needed’ worked for me the last time I used it.

    What are the log returned by the debug info ?
    Can you share that with us, it will help us to help you in order to track what is the error message returned bye Instagram.
