Publishing form entries, after validation

    For an upcoming event, visitors can sign up through our website.
    All entries are displayed, so there is a list of visitors who already are signed up.

    I do this with Contactform 7, and to display all entries I installed Contactform to Database plugin.
    This combination works fine.

    What i want now is to add an extra step for the admin. To avoid fake entries, i want a possibility to have all entries validate first, before publication.

    How can I do this? Is this achievable with Contactform to Database or is there an other plugin, or other way to do this?
    All tips are welcome.
