Pull Keywords Into Lightroom

    I was just wondering if there are any plans to create a feature that will allow Lightroom to “pull” keywords, captions, and other metadata from a WordPress site? This would be great to keep Lightroom up to date and in sync for keywords and captions.

    Hi, I am not the programmer of WP/LR, but from my point fo view it is tricky to build such function. You have to allow WordPress to write data into your Lightroom database, where keywords and other data are stored. From my personal view, I do not feel good when a tool from the internet access my local data…

    I agree with @muchfun. Lightroom should be use as the source. It shouldn’t be synchronize two-ways, especially with a system like WordPress (which is handled by a gazillion of plugins and all that). Disaster will definitely happen.

    I could make a function to retrieve the hierarchy of folders and collections, but I am sure that many users will run into big issues. So I am a bit reluctant to add the function ??
