Pull Randomly

Is there a way to have the posts show up randomly.
If the page is reloaded it would pull another random post from whatever tags I choose.

I would like to use this for testimonial posts that would show up on the sidebar randomly that have the tag of whatever service page it is on. By using the custom_field option which works great but I only would like to show one post and have it randomly generate.

Is there a way to do this or would you be willing to add this option or tell me where in the code to force this.

I have some programming background and would be willing to try anything. Because so far this is the only plugin that comes close to what I need it to do and it meets all requirements that I need EXCEPT for this one thing.
