Pull Request: Correct Time Zone

  • Hey there, first of all thanks for the awesome plugin.
    On some of my german websites running on non-UTC-servers the IsOpen widget doesn’t work correctly, when the store opens at 8am UTC+2, it gets shown to visitor as open as soon as 6am, which really breaks the feature.
    I solved that for my purposes, please consider merging this in:
