“Pull” videos into the CDN

Hello,
is there anyway to use the jetpack video hosting service in “pull” mode, that is, just like it does for image: doesn’t require video to be uploaded into the CDN upon creation, but just catch them wherever they are on the site.

I ask this because some plugin do not use wordpress standard upload form and there is no way for user using the plugin to have the videos in jetpack cdn.
