pulldown menu of places is not updated

    Hello,
    congratulations, very good plugin. I have only one conflict that I have not been able to solve, even following recommendations to disable other plugins. When I go to checkout, if you want to change the state (region), the pulldown of the places (Población) is not updated. This is strange as if I deactivate CheckoutWC, it works fine in the checkout and stops working if I activate CheckoutWC.

    Any idea what could be the problem?

    Are you using a plugin to provide the places dropdown?

    Thanks for confirming.

    We are familiar with that plugin – they have an issue with how they do their JS that makes it impossible for us to fix from our end. We shared more information about the problem with one of our premium customers and suggested that they contact the authors.

    “Basically, their JS assumes that the closest div to the state field will also contain the city field.

    Because we separate fields into rows, the nearest div to our state field doesn’t contain the city field.

    This would actually be really easy for them to fix I think. They could instead find the nearest div with one of these two classes: woocommerce-billing-fields, woocommerce-shipping-fields

    They can then search down from there through all of the relevant address fields. This should be a 5 minute fix on their end.

    I would contact the developer of that plugin and share this info – hope this helps!”
