Pulling different size thumbnail images for carousel – need uniformity

We’ve removed, added, used different images and still we are getting the inconsistency in the image sizes in the carousel. We want everything to be uniform, I have tried to put limits on the height but that does not affect this specific need.

Please advise how to force this to all be the same and uniform. Thanks.
