Pulling dynamic google links

Is there a way to pull a specific google sheet based on an input from the user? I plan on having a large table of users with links and rather than creating a ton of pages due to the dynamic nature of whom and how many users I’d rather just have the chart pull a specific link of data. Can it do that?
