Pulling in 10 Recent Posts from All Sites

I have your plugin up and working with the following shortcode:

[nlposts title_only=true thumbnail_filler=false number_posts=10 auto_excerpt=FALSE thumbnail=true thumbnail_wh=500x299 sorting_limit=10 number_posts=3 blog_id=2,4,5,9,10,11,12 display_content=false sort_by_date=true full_meta=true display_date=true]

However, I want it to pull in the top 10 most recent posts from across the network; even if there are more than one post showing per site. Right now, it’s pulling in 1 post per site that is the most recent of that site.

Also, can you not remove the thumbnail filler entirely?
