Pulling only 17 pages of 200

Hi,
Yesterday my sitemap.xml according to webmaster tools sent 198 urls to be indexed (had only 170 indexed); today, my sitemap only has 17 urls…??? Why is this happening? Why is the plugin only getting some of the content of my site?
Didn’t change a thing in the backend… any suggestions?
