Pulling the Page Title vs. Post

Have you tried add post title tag to page?

The mail tags for Post Title and Post URL work when I put the form in a blog post but not when I put the form on a “page”. Is there a way to get these tags working on a page too?

Unfortunately you must use tag [_url] — This tag is replaced by the URL of the page in which the contact form is placed.
