I just installed this plugin recently, and my customer asked me today to REMOVE it, because it pulls ads on their website !
I didn’t see anything related to you serving ads on people’s websites where we install this plugin.

    Any thoughts on this ?

    Hello @computershowtopro
I don’t know why this is happening, but I can assure you that Joinchat is not the plugin that is causing this. Try to deactivate all the plugins and activate them one by one. In Joinchat we do not inject cookies or advertising, this is totally contrary to our development policies. Anyway if you share the link to the site where you have the problem maybe the community can help you. Best regards and thanks for writing us.

Thank you for your timely response, David. I will try your suggestion then, though it’s simply possible that the customer didn’t want to respond to his own customers via whatsapp anymore, and told a lie.

I personally like your plugin a lot and recommend it to all my e-commerce customers.

So thank you for a great plugin.

Thank you very much for using Joinchat. Our plugin is simple, but it is true that WhatsApp support requires time and dedication. Used well is a great opportunity, but not everyone is ready to do it. a greeting!! Thanks!! ???
