pum_admin not defined

Strange problem, but the editor screens won’t allow us to add any content for new posts/pages, but if we edit an existing page/post we can add/edit content. Looking at the console it is showing two errors “Uncaught ReferenceError: pum_admin is not defined”

Any ideas?
