I’m trying to use pop up maker to display a pop up that shows a simple wufoo form. I’m trying to use a click on the ‘sign up for our alerts’ text as a trigger for the pop up. I’ve tried two methods to trigger the pop up, namely using plugin classes like <span class=”popmake-454″>Sign Up For Our Newsletter!</span> and also trying but neither seem to work. I’ve also tried it with using the wufoo javascript for the form and alternately the wufoo shortcode. No joy with any of these combinations. When you click on the link the screen just glitches slightly and then it no longer shows as a link. Is there some kind of inherent conflict between Pop Up maker and wufoo forms? Thanks, Jamie

Whoops – the second method I mentioned trying above was to use the standard a href html link. Can’t quote it exactly as it gets stripped out of forums like this – as above ??

@morphpr – Your issues stem from your site/theme loading multiple copies of jQuery. If you have one copy then load our code its attached to that one copy, if you load a second copy it overrides the first and loses all our added functionality.

You will need to track that down and remove it. Likely in your header.php or footer.php files.

Hope that helps. If you still need help please message us directly at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/.
