Any suggestions on this? I turned off all of the plugins with no success and we are not using any type of cache, so I’m at a loss?

I didn’t get a chance to debug last night but the site was loading just fine when I checked last night. This morning I stated looking at it again and it seems you are having an issue on your site where all scripts and styles are returning a 404/500 error, meaning nothing is loading properly to test.

If the site is working for you, then you are getting a different version of the site than I am, and there is very probably some layer of caching involved, maybe at the hosting level that isn’t visible to the end user?

Yes, I’ve messed up something troubleshooting some of the idea in the support thread. Hope to get that cleaned up momentarily. ??

While trying some of the suggestions in the support documents to correct this issue, I inadvertently damaged something else on my site. I could not gain access to the backend, so I had to do a backup to restore the site. Upon completing the backup, the purchase button is now working? I’m at a loss for what was going on and I hope the backup corrected the issue permanently. I will post back here again if not.

The problem is still occurring. It is strange in that it appears to be driven by my IP address? It works for me, but if I change my IP address, I get the error and everyone else gets the error. If I change back to my home IP address, I have no issues and it adds to the cart? Any other IP address seems to get the error?

is it possible for you to share your system info file with us?

this would be located in Downloads > tools > System Info. It is difficult to try and look for a conflicting plugin or theme when we don’t know what you are running.

Since it is only happening by IP Address, it’s very clear that something is happening on your hosting environment or plugins/themes (or a combination of the two). EDD doesn’t stop a product being added to the cart by IP address of a store owner. It is possible that maybe a security plugin is preventing the add to cart action from working correctly?

When I go into my tools and look into tools and my API Keys, it says “No Items Found.” Could this have anything to do with it?

I’m not sure if it was anything I did specifically, or if it just started working again, but after 24 hours of working on this, items will now finally show up in the checkout cart again. I deleted and reinstalled some files, and suddenly it is working it seems. Hoping it is not sporadic and doesn’t come back again.

Can someone please delete the reply with my system information? Thanks!
