It sounds like you’re either looking to track payment methods (cash, card, etc.) or total order values. If that’s not quite right, please accept my apologies and be so kind as to add additional info to clarify.
Meanwhile, if you do want to track purchase methods (how your customers are paying), then you’ll need Google Analytics Pro’s Selected Payment Method feature.
However, if you’re rather looking for reports on the value of your orders, you can activate Enhanced eCommerce tracking, which is available in both versions. You can read more about the data Enhanced eCommerce will gather from Google’s Support pages here.
