Purchase Data not tracked

If there’s an issue with your site’s checkout process, it could prevent the purchase data from being sent to Google Analytics. Try going through the checkout process yourself to see if you encounter any issues.

If you still can’t see the purchase data, testing the tracking and ensuring it sends the right data to Google would be a good idea. You can do this using the Google Tag Assistant tool for Chrome. This will analyze the tracking code added to your page and notify you of any warnings or errors.

Additionally, ensure you’re using the latest versions of both WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration extensions. Don’t forget to enable the enhanced e-commerce tracking option too!

If you’ve tried all of the above and are still experiencing issues, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us?
You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support (after you scroll down a bit). Once you have the System Status Report file, please send it with your reply.

I understand only the purchase events are not working, correct?

These events are tracked on the order-received page. Therefore, please make sure the page’s behaviour hasn’t been altered with, for example:

• If you have redirected to a custom thank-you page.
• If you have made changes to the woocommerce_thankyou hook.
• If you are using a payment gateway that redirects but doesn’t return to the “Order Received” page.

If none of the above apply to your site, please check if the problem is related to your theme. I noticed that your theme is already overriding the cart and checkout pages, as indicated in your system status:
