Purchase doesn’t show in my report

  • Hi,

    I installed the Pixel Caffeine a while ago and as far as I can tell it’s worked just fine, but the other day the last event ‘purchase’ wasn’t triggered. The funny thing is that the purchase shows in my Google Analytics report and in my admin of course, but not in my Facebook report. Does anyone have a clue on what might have caused this sudden error? What exactly should normally trigger the event purchase?

    All plugins, themes etc. are up to date.

    Hi,

    try to check that product in your website and check the Pixel Help Chrome Extension, to see if there is some problem in the thank you page. Check out also the “console” tab of the Chrome Inspector to see if there is some JS error.

    Thank you for the reply! I’m pretty new to this, do I have to complete a purchase to check the pixel on the thank you page? If not, how do I go about it?

    Yes, you have to complete a purchase and after payment you should see a Purchase event fired, by checking the Pixel Help Chrome Extension.
