Purchase doesn’t show up in commisions tab

  • Hi!

    I am using Learnpress plugin to sell online courses. All payments go through woocemmerce. I am testing this plugin for affiliate program. So far everything looks good, except, when I buy course through woocommerce it doesn’t show up here, even though it is registered as paid etc https://prntscr.com/he59jz

    Maybe you have suggestion what changes should be made in the code so it would show and I could confirm it? If this works out I am buying pro version!

    This is really strange, since commissions should be created at the moment order is placed, if an affiliate is registered for current transaction

    Could you please test the following procedure and let me know if this produce any commission?

    1. Copy referral link for an affiliate
    2. Visit that link with in incognito navigation
    3. Purchase any product from your catalog that grants commissions

    This should produce an order on your backend (the status dependes on the payment method, but really it doesn’t matter), and you should find commissions related to that order

    Could you please let me know if this works as expected?

    Otherwise, maybe there could be some kind of interference between our plugin and other extension enbaled over your installation; could you please try to deactivate any third party plugin (excepting from WooCommerce) and let me know if this solves the issue?

    Even the same Learnpress could be the source of the problem; could you please try with a plain WooCommerce product?

    Please, note that I’m just trying to understand the source of the problem, to investigate it further later ??
