    Hi

    Is the security issue fixed?

    We are using your plugin to connect to Meta Pixel and have been for over a year now.

    In Metal Pixel it says under the Event Purchases: Missing Purchase currency and value parameters

    How do we fix this please? As there were no initial settings for us to create the events, I am not sure HOW to fix this issue?

    Also it seems that the other Events like PageView, ViewContact, Add to Cart, ViewCategory etc are showing stats and total events in the OVERVIEW of Meta Pixel in Meta.

    BUT it is NOT showing data in the Ads area for some reason so we are a bit confused about that.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    I’ve already got the latest version installed 2.0.12

    Please advise regarding the data NOT viewing in the Ads area which is linked to the Meta Pixel where the events are setup through your plugin.

    ALSO in the section in Meta, it has an red exclamation mark on the “PURCHASES” event, saying : Missing Purchase currency and value parameters

    Not sure HOW to fix this issue for the client.

    ALSO there are some Events in your plugin area that is greyed out, is that because they are Pro version? Or is it another setting that needs to be rectified?

    I assume there is NO support at all for this plugin?

    It has been 5 days and my client needs some help with the Meta Pixel events that are NOT showing Google Ads so they can see the statistics.

    If someone could kindly help please?

    Or if anyone can recommend another plugin that I can use instead for my client site that has quick support ?

    This is very frustrating!

    Does the free plugin maybe NOT support Google Ads events and NOT linking properly to the Meta Pixel that is already functioning in Facebook?

    This is hard to find support to fix the issue

    Sorry just to clarify it is the Meta Ads not showing data events (not Google Ads).
