From what I understand, you’re experiencing an issue with the ‘purchase event‘ not working in pixel, while the rest is functioning as expected.

First off, let’s make sure your Facebook Pixel is installed correctly on your website. Sometimes, caching plugins can interfere with the pixel tracking code, which can prevent the event from being triggered. You can use the ?? Meta Pixel Helper, a Chrome extension, to verify this. Once you’ve confirmed the pixel is installed correctly, you should check if the ‘purchase event’ is correctly set up on the specific page where the purchase is supposed to occur.

If the pixel is correctly installed and the purchase event is properly set up, but you’re still having issues, could you please provide us with your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

And finally, if there are any fatal error logs, could you share those with us too? You’ll find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You can either paste all this information into your reply here or use https://pastebin.com to share it with us.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to resolving this issue for you promptly.

    Hello @socialbear,

Thank you for sharing the logs!

According to Meta Pixel helper, even page view events are not working.

Please try removing the pixel integration you added manually as it might be causing a conflict.

    Hi
We removed the script from the header and now connected the pixel again. But still the purchase event is not working. Page views are connected. Please check this.

Everything up until the checkout page is working as expected. :?)

Did you happen to add any customizations to your order-received page? When I say customizations, I’m referring to anything that uses the woocommerce_thankyou hook. This could be plugins, custom PHP snippets, automatic redirection, and so on.

If you did, could you please try removing these customizations and place a test order?

Look forward to hearing back from you.

    Hello @socialbear,

Everything up until the checkout page is working as expected:

If you’re still experiencing the issue even after removing the mentioned customizations, then please try performing a full conflict test by:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce/Facebook plugin
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
