“purchase” event not firing anymore after cancellation

  • Hi,
    I have a bug with the “Purchase” event.

    When a user selects a payment method by credit card and then cancels the order process in order to return to the payment page, the “purchase” event will no longer be triggered when he next makes a payment.

    So I have a good part of the orders on the site that are not tracked…

    I just added the “Datalayers for wocommerce” plugin, the “Purchase” event is triggered after the order process resumes.

    in gtm4wp there is an integration set up for woocommerce, to generate the datalayer, did you enable it?

    yes of course, the “purchase” event is not fired only when the order process has been stoped

    I am also having an issue with the purchase datalayer event not firing after 4/2

    Roll back your wordpress from 6.2 to 6.1, the update is breaking this. The GTM4WP plugin needs to be updated to address the wordpress 6.2 update.
