Purchase event not Firing

    Hi,

    There is NO “purchase” event happening when loading the default woocommerce order received page.
    /checkout/order-received/******/?key=wc_order_****

    The plugin is sending all the previous steps data in analytics (both GA4 and UA). Everything is recording till checkout step. Everything is set up following the plugin guide. How to fix this? Please help.

    Hi, I have the same error.

    I have noticed that the issue might be because of my payment processor. When I use the cash on delivery payment method to test, I see the datalayer push of the purchase event.

    I am using Axepta as a payment processor.

    We tested both. The event is also not firing when we place order using cash on delivery ??
