    Hello, I have installed Pixel cat, all other events are showing in business manager but not purchase. I have turned on the e-commerce option. Please can you help

    Can you walk me through the steps for how you are testing the purchase event?

    Can you try doing a purchase on your website while in incognito mode just to make sure there is no conflict with any anti-tracking browser extensions?

    Hi Gerlitamm1988,

    Thanks for getting back to me with that information.

    I am not familiar with the Montonio payment plugin you have.

    I think what might be happening is that Pixel Cat cannot “see” the “Purchase” event taking place because it is happening in the payments.montonio subdomain. There does not appear to be any Pixel ID installed on payments.montonio subdomain as I assume you are not the owner of that page.

    Probably the easiest way to isolate is this is the cause, is to temporarily turn off the montonio payment or use a staging site to test. Change the payment method to something else like cash on delivery in WooCommerce (something non-Montonio related) and then make a test purchase and see if the “Purchase” event fires then for you.

    This would then tell you if WooCommerce in general is not catching the Purchase event or if Montonio is masking the firing of the event.
