Purchase event not working

  • Hi,

    the puchase event is not working and I am wondering if the reason might be that we are overriding the thankyou.php template in our child theme? We are not redirecting in any way, the url from the order-received page still has the default Woocommerce structure. The thankyou.php template is in our child theme /child-theme/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php

    Could this be the reason?

  • I got the same issue in the same conditions.

    We’re overriding thankyou page in our own theme.

    @romainprl2b did you remove the thankyou hook on your remplate? I think this might be the cause (we have removed it). Maybe adding it back would help?
