    Hi there,
    We’ve purchased pro licence on 11th OCT 2021, from email m************[email protected]
    but we can’t see any order or purchase history in Bold grid Dashboard.
    Niether we’re recieving your responses on Premium Support queries that we raise through dashboard.
    Please look into this issue

    You cannot see the W3TC purchase in the Boldgrid dashboard.
    Please do not share private information here as this is a public forum.
    I’ve replied to your posts in the Boldgrid four and the email several days ago.
    Please send a new email via the support channel in Performance>Support or via the website.
