Purchase History Page Date Filter and Total

    I can generate a purchase history page with this code:

    [mprm_purchase_history]

    If there anyway to filter by start date and end date? As time goes on, the list is too long to display in one page.

    Also, is there anyway to display total order numbers and total amount for all orders?

    I believe these 2 features will be very useful for a lot of users. Thanks!
