Purchase made counting as an abandoned cart.

All purchases that have been made are being counted as an abandoned cart, even though the payment is confirmed. the status is processing. I still don’t have any emails being sent, I haven’t finished setting up the abandoned cart actions. I’m using the payment method here in Brazil, company name is Mercado Pago.
